Sandflow ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the Sandflow mobile application ("the App"). We've kept it short and plain — because we think you deserve to actually understand it.
Information We Collect
Sandflow is designed to work without collecting personal information. The App does not require you to create an account, and your focus sessions, timer data, and streaks are stored locally on your device.
We may collect the following non-personal, anonymous data to improve the App:
- Crash reports and diagnostic information (via Apple's opt-in crash reporting)
- Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., which features are used most often), if you opt in
- App Store review content, if you choose to leave a review
We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or any personally identifiable information through the App itself.
Data Storage
All of your focus session data — including your timer history, streaks, and settings — is stored entirely on your device using Apple's standard local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you use Apple's iCloud sync feature, in which case it is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
No Tracking, No Ads
Sandflow contains no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs, and no tracking of your behavior across other apps or websites. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.
If we ever change this, we will update this policy and notify you through the App or App Store update notes before any change takes effect.
Children's Privacy
Sandflow is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Third-Party Services
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain information as described in their Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review Apple's policy to understand their data practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
